Two panelled Huipil woven on a back strap loom. The wrap is striped with Cuyuscate and fine yellow stripes, intercepted with thick red stripes. The piece is brocaded in silk with geometric and zoomorphic figures (birds, butterflies, stars). The neckline is cut out and decorated with blue ribbon. The armholes are decorated with hand embroidered silk. All the colours are chemical dyes except for the Cuyuscate (natural brown cotton).
