Two blue paneled Corte or Skirt woven on a foot loom. The Skirt is woven with vertical thin white lines. The multicolor thick hand made “randa” or joining band creates an embroidered cross, Maya Cross, on top. This style characterizes the skirts in Sololá. Skirts have been used nowadays for decorative purposes, like bedcovers and tablecloths because of their huge proportions. All the colours are chemical dyes, except fro the indigo blue. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
