Two panelled Huipil woven on a back strap loom. Each panel is fully brocaded with geometrical and zoomorphic patterns (feathered serpent, quetzal birds, “cascarones” – egg shell, stars and “guisquil” - squash). Notice the four selvedge ends on both panels. The round neckline is cut out and embroidered on top using mercerized cotton. The randa is hand made, joining the panels.  All the colours are chemical dyes.  Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
