This character represents a Spanish spoiled boy, he is so lazy and foolish that no one takes him seriously. The word “Gracejo” means clown; Indigenous people mocked these abundant characters during the colonization. The traditional “Gracejo” masks have a big smile on their faces and sometimes an idiotic look. Notice the gracefully carved teeth that give the piece the classic Gracejo look. Gold decorated teeth demonstrate the character’s social status, he is a wealthy man. Notice the great moustache carvings highlighted by red dots on cheeks and forehead indicating sunburn. His black painted hair is highlighted by blond real horse hair attached to the forehead, an extremely rare feature. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping.
