A unique and different male Saint’s Shirt woven in one panel for the main body and one panel for each sleeve; all woven on a back strap loom with four selvedge ends. This special saint’s garment has thin green, blue and red stripes on a white background and is decorated with cotton brocaded and embroidered designs and letters. The embroidered legend tells: “COMO UN RECUERDO DE LAURIANO CHOCOJ DEL AÑO 1,960.” Which was a present to the saint; while the woven patterns show the representation of birds, spiders and arrows shown on the sides of the shirt and the sleeves. The panels are joined with a randa (joining band). The collar is decorated with an extra pink cotton cloth as a frame.
