Two panelled Huipil woven on a back strap loom. Each panel is fully brocaded with zoomorphic (turkeys, pelicans, roosters, ixcanel, eagles) and geometrical (“portales, feather serpent) patterns. On the back side of the panels, many animal designs are woven on the bottom. Notice the four selvedge ends for both panels. The round V neckline is cut out and hand embroidered on top using cotton.  All the colours are chemical dyes. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
