One paneled Saint's sash, woven on a back strap loom. The piece is nicely brocaded with geometric and zoomorphic designs (birds) on both ends which are woven in the one face brocading technique. The different colour zigzag and triangle designs represent the mountains and wind. The patterns are woven with cotton and silk. The background and the fringes are all woven with the same red warp threads. All the colours are chemical dyes. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping.
