One paneled sash, woven on a back strap loom. The piece is nicely brocaded with geometrical designs (feather serpent and stars) on both ends, which are woven in the two face brocading technique. The patterns are woven in using wool and silk. The background and fringes are all woven with the same red warp threads. All the colours are chemical dyes.
