Ceremonial Conquistador Mask used during the Dance of the Conquest. This character represents a Spanish soldier; a captain or a simple combatant. During the Dance, they will fight against the Mayan Warriors. Blond hair, sideburns and moustaches are nicely carved. Notice the gracefully painted eyebrows and eyelashes that highlight the beautiful white painted seed-made eyes. Red lips and sunburned forehead nose and cheeks, highlight the character’s gesture.
