Rare hand carved slingshot in the shape of a mother monkey in labor; her hands are waiting the moment of giving birth. Notice the great facial carvings; as well as the breasts that highlight this beautiful piece. Slingshots are very common hunting weapons still used in the Guatemalan Highlands. Young boys like to catch small birds, lizards or even mice with their slingshots and they customize them with a special look. Patina all over the piece denotes use and age. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
