One paneled ceremonial Tzute or Utility Cloth woven on a foot loom, fully brocaded with different color designs. Birds, feather serpent and geometric designs are the main subject of the decoration. Different hidden weft lines show on the white background. Fringes decorate both ends. This piece is use to cover the “tamales’” (food) basket during the ceremony. All the colors are chemical dyes, except for the indigo and the purple, which are natural dyes. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
