Two paneled red cotton tzute woven on a back strap loom, used for a ceremonial purposes. The piece shows a red background with warp lines. The two panels feature the rare cyclop dolls and double headed eagle and other zoomorphic designs. All patterns are brocaded in with cotton and using the two face brocading technique. The joining band or “randa” is hand-embroidered with cotton. All the colors are chemical dyes, except for the indigo which is a natural dye. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
