The piece has a horn made nose, a rare detail on Guatemalan Masks. Mouth and eyes are not horizontal and they try to exaggerate the character’s looks. Notice the wonderful teeth paintings that show great skill in the artist that created the piece. This Fiero or Wild Cowboy appears in the “Baile Convite”, a disguises parade where bull fights also take place.
