One panel Candle Ofrenda (Offering) woven on a back strap loom. The piece shows four selvedge ends. The background is woven with alizarin and the designs are woven with cotton and silk. The stripes from the background are also woven with cotton and silk. The piece shows some small holes (damage). Designs: zoomorphic: double headed birds, roosters, birds and rabbits. Geometric designs: Venus (planet) and stars.
