Two panelled white ceremonial Huipil woven on a back strap loom. Finely full brocaded with flowers, birds and geometric figures. These sections are intercepted by one coloured stripped warp lines which are particular designs on the ceremonial huipiles from Comalapa. Notice the four selvedge ends for both panels. The v neckline is formed by the union of the two panels and decorated with black velvet ribbon as well as the armholes. All the colours are chemical dyes except for the natural indigo blue.
